Thank you for visiting our online booking feature! Before using this feature, read the following Rules of Usage:

1) Existing Patients: Online Booking is for patients that have been established in our office through our initial evaluation procedures and have been seen within the last 2 years. Please do not book an appointment through this portal if this is your Initial visit or if the online scheduling criteria do not apply to you, contact us via phone or email to schedule.

2) New Patients: can view our new patient appointment availability by selecting “New Patient Appointment” in the online booking menu, but will be required to contact us to book the appointment so that we can collect information regarding your intiail visit. It is required to contact us via phone or email to book the initial visit due to time requirements for the initial consultation and evaluation. Do not book your initial visit through this portal.

3) This schedule is updated in real time i.e., what you see is the availability that we have. We will always do our best to be available to serve you, but our schedule does fill up. In the event that there is no availability, you may use the waitlist feature, so that if an appointment time becomes available you will be notified.

4) Failure to abide by these rules of usage may result is cancellation of your scheduled visit, and/or termination of your online scheduling privileges
